Aurora Amore's dream of quality and delicious foods began when Aurora moved to Italy with her family at the young age of 4.

Flash forward a "few years" and Aurora and her husband married in Italy in 2019.  After their dream wedding and return to New York, Aurora sought out the best quality ingredient to pass off to clients!
